In the Studio - 25.09.2007

Matt is now taking a 3 week break from touring to continue work on his forthcoming artist album. With all the commitments of Nocturnal and touring the globe its been a gradual process but well worth the wait!

Russia Debut gig - 24.09.2007

Last weekend Matt set off for RussiaЃfs biggest festival "Vspishka" in St.Petersburg where he played 2 sets playing more trancey and electro fusion sounds in the Trance arena to a frenzied crowd of 6,000 then playing electro & progressive house in the Main arena of 13,000. Matt'Ѓs Nocturnal album was launched in Russia that weekend as the Nocturnal Radio show continues to become more & more popular broadcast across 10 major cites across the country. Brasil Tour - 20.09.2007

Just having returned from his 3 date tour of Brazil including the massive Azulands festival with DJ Dan and Matt headlining. If there was a roof Matt would have taken it off, the response to his blend of Electro, Trance and Techy sounds got the big thumbs up from the Brazilians for a blinding set.

Nocturnal Album Tour of North America - 01.08.2007

Matt embarks on the first leg of his N American Album tour bringing his unique blend of electro, progressive and trance to the USA. Matt will perform shows in San Francisco with Spundae @ Ruby Sky, Las Vegas playing with DJ Dan @ Palms in the biggest Vegas party of the year, Avalon in Boston, Vancouver where Matt hosts his 3rd Tiesto in concert after party and finally the 1 year anniversary party of the hottest nightspot in Dallas. Matt will continue his North American tour after tours in Russia and S America.

Recently Matt just completed a 5 date tour of China finishing up in Hong Kong for Chinese New Year. Matt Says: “I was blown away by the clubs out there especially the brand new Tang club in Beijing, they have taken club design to a whole new level. I had such a great time out there and met some cool people. It took a bit of getting used to with most of the dance floors taken up with champagne tables but I soon got into the vibe. First Nocturnal Album Release Date Set For North America & Canada - 26.02.2007

New York, NY - Matt Darey announces the forthcoming release of the first CD from his worldwide show, Nocturnal Radio in June, 2007. Nocturnal Radio is the first mix compilation from the fastest expanding Dance Radio show in the world, currently broadcasting on over 103 FM Radio Stations reaching millions of listeners worldwide. This will be the first in the series of Nocturnal compilation albums and will first be released in the USA and Canada. Matt will be putting together the best tracks to be featured on the show from across many different genres of dance music. The album will also feature some unreleased brand new productions taken from his forthcoming artist album

Music to the ears of all you ipod owners!! Matt and the Nocturnal team are now making plans for an exclusive monthly nocturnal podcast. We realize that podcasting is the future of music distribution so sometime soon Matt will announce its launch on his Nocturnal show. The podcast will be unique and separate from the regular weekly show and will feature the cream of the last months releases. At long last Matt is gonna hit one of the biggest emerging countries to embrace dance music. Since china opened its doors it has hosted some of the biggest DJ’s in the world . After Paul Oakenfold did his china tour , many more followed suit. Now its Matt’s turn to do a five Date tour of china kicking off in Beijing on 14th Feb and finishing up in Hong Kong with gatecrasher on Chinese NY. Matt Darey Rocks Ministry Of Sound in Singapore - 16.01.2007

On 27th Jan Matt visited one of biggest and newest clubs in Asia. The Singapore scene is definitely rocking. The clubbers and Matt had a party to remember and the club stayed open and extra couple of hours as the night just kept on the up & up. “I just cant wait to go back for round 2, those people know how to party and with just alcohol and NRG drinks on the menu I was suitably impressed that they stayed up all night” says Matt. Apparently ministry are opening more clubs across Asia & China. You can be assured Matt will be there when they do!! That’s right , its time to get your first glimpse of Matts Artist album which will be released around Sept 07. As you may know, Matts been experimenting with one of the styles of music he’s always been passionate about, ROCK!! Yep, he’s putting the rock n roll back in to dance music (well maybe not the roll:-) Matt’s album is turning out to be a collection of great song based tracks taking influence from Indie, grunge, 80’s Icons of rock and also some more of the sounds your familiar with. Its a new fusion and guaranteed to turn some heads. Keep watching this space for more info. If you live near or in Poland , this is going to be one of the biggest summer events for the Europeans. 50,000 people having a very large weekend to a cracking line up of DJ’s.
